Registrations with accommodation includes 03 (three) days from Sptember 3 to September 6, 2017, at the Hotel Fazenda Colina Verde, in quadruple rooms with 03 breakfests and 06 meals (lunches and dinners).
To change the apartment category, choose one of the Room Upgrade Additions.
The meal ticket can be exchanged on Sunday night for the cocktail ticket for the payment of R$ 75.00. To include this value in your subscription choose the Additional Cocktail - Exchange.

The companion amount includes 03 (three) days from September 3 to September 6, 2017, at the Hotel Fazenda Colina Verde, in double rooms, including 03 breakfasts, 06 meals (Lunches and dinners), with one participant already enrigestred in one of the existing double upgrade modes. Important! Any 1-day registration will not entitle the publication of a paper in the proceddings of the symposium. For publication of full papers, it will be necessary that at least one of the authors be registered in one of the Professional modalities.

Bank commitment can only be made by public (Brazilian) institutions.
It is necessary to fill in the individual form of registration in the system, selecting the option via commitment.
The copy of the commitment note must be sent through our registration system. Registration will be effective only after we receive this document.
Until 01/08/2017 – reimbursement of 50% of the paid amount.
After this date, there will be no refund. Requests for reimbursement must be made in writing, containing the necessary bank information and sent via e-mail to sbrt2017-reg@sbrt.org.br
Refunds will only be made after the event.
Existe uma quantidade limitada de financiamento disponível para apoiar estudantes que participem do SBrT 2017. O auxílio destina-se a estudantes que não possuem financiamento suficiente para vir ao SBrT 2017.
A coordenação técnica do evento classificará as solicitações de acordo com análise da documentação enviada e com o mérito técnico do trabalho (baseada nas revisões do EDAS).
Os interessados deverão encaminhar e-mail, com os documentos anexados, para o Prof. Cristiano Torezzan (cristiano.torezzan@fca.unicamp.br) solicitando o auxílio. A mensagem deve, necessariamente, fazer menção ao trabalho que será apresentado e possuir como título “Solicitação de Auxílio para Estudantes SBrT 2017”.
A solicitação deverá ser encaminhada, impreterivelmente, até o dia 31/07/2017. A divulgação do resultado será efetuada até o dia 07/08/2017.
O auxílio recebido não poderá ser transferido para outra pessoa. Em caso de desistência, o auxílio será repassado ao solicitante classificado na sequência da lista de selecionados e que não foi contemplado em chamada anterior.
O auxílio será dado como reembolso parcial da inscrição e despesas de viagem. O valor do auxílio ainda não foi determinado. No entanto, esperamos um montante semelhante ao dos simpósios anteriores.
Coordenação Geral do SBrT 2017
Os contemplados com o auxílio financeiro receberão um e-mail informando o valor e as regras para o recebimento da ajuda de custo. Todos os pagamentos dos auxílios serão feitos, exclusivamente, durante o SBrT, mediante a assinatura de um recibo pelo próprio contemplado.
